While completing the forms you answer non-repetitive questions and we take care of the rest. You do not need to struggle with government forms and confusing instructions.
We work together to complete your immigration forms
Based on your form you will have a list of documents to upload to your account. You can upload your documents by taking a good picture of them with your smartphone or uploading in PDF format or other electronic formats. We can also translate your foreign documents to English. You can complete the process at your own pace; all your information is safely stored in our system and you can resume work at your convenience.
Upload your documents and wait for the rest
After completing your forms and uploading your support documents, you schedule your video-conference meeting with an immigration attorney. If you cannot video-conference you can also do it by phone.
The immigration attorney will review your form and supporting documents, answer any lingering questions, and make sure everything was done correctly.
The attorney will also ask you to review your form and documents carefully once again and explain the declaration and certification you attest to by signing the form. After the final review, the attorney signs the form and sends the signature to your email, you print the signature yourself, or we send the signature pages via mail. Once you sign and date the signature page you upload it to your account.

Your are responsible for the filing fee, but we make it easy for you to pay for it. You can make an electronic deposit making use of the platform by using your credit/debit card to process your payment, there is a $35 handling fee to cover the transaction cost. You can also mail us a money order to include with your packet. Once we receive the filing fee for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the signed signature page, your packet is complete.
When your packet is complete, we print and mail it for you. The attorney remains the attorney of record for that specific form. Note that the legal representation through Easy Immigration is limited to the filing and reviewing and the form and nothing else.
If you need additional representation, for example, for filing another form, answering a request for evidence, or going with you to an interview, you will have to hire our Law Firm and pay and additional fee for the new service, We will notify you via email of any notices we receive and will update.
Leave it in our hands
If after reviewing the packet the attorney determines we cannot mail the packet for you because there is a serious problem, we will refund our fee minus $50 consultation fee and return the government filing fee in its entirety to you. You could also download all your support documents and form.
